Month In A Nutshell – August 2015

It’s been over a month since my last post and I have a very good reason for it too – college! What have I been doing? Well, college-home-college!

It’s true. I practically haven’t had time for anything else and at numerous times I even decided that I will blog, but the posts never materialized.

Here are some highlights of how August was for me :

  • I read two really good books : The Book Thief – Markus Zusak and Paper Towns – John Green
  • College life became even more fun with celebrations of birthdays and friendship days.
  • I have started learning Android Development – a brand new field with a lot of exploration to do. i think I’ll blog about my experiences with it once I get substantial knowledge about the same.
  • I experienced the feeling of how suddenly everyone can turn on you for something you did and then there is this small group of people who still believe you.

Honestly, that’s all i can think of right now. I horribly regret not blogging from time to time and therefore forgetting some really nice things that I wanted to share with you lot!

Well, a short post this time! Toodles, until nest time!

  1. Welcome back!

It sounds like you’ve been really busy, but I hope you’ve been happy and enthusiastic along the way 🙂 Those are two very good books, I’m glad you enjoyed them. I have yet to read Paper Towns – but I’m currently reading Looking For Alaska by John Green. He’s such a great author.

I know how that feels – but at least now you can tell yourself to blog and so no more little things will be forgotten 🙂

  2. I hope you liked those two books, B! The Book Thief is my favourite book. I knew halfway through reading it that I would still love it by the end. I was hooked on it. Paper Towns was an interesting read but I didn’t like the ending that much.

Android development sounds awesome. If you learn a lot in it, Android developers are widely sought so you could find a job pretty easily in that field. 😉

    Take care, girl! <3

    • I didn’t like the ending of Paper Towns either. It was totally unexpected. Android is currently eating my head but I hope to get a knack of it
